Once you have submitted your booking request for invoicing, this does not guarantee your order with us. Only on receipt of the signed e-sign booking form that we send over / receipt of the invoice from us is the booking confirmed and secured.

All tickets and documentation relating to the event are dispatched approximately 7-10 days prior to the Festival by special delivery. We will also contact you for your table signage & any dietary requirements pre event so please confirm your contact details in the order process.
